                  Financial Assistance

SCAMP does not directly fund scholarships, but disperses monies given from outside agencies.  There are limited full and partial scholarships that are available providing the camper meets the agency criteria and are given on a first-come-first-serve basis.  Eligible families typically make 40K or less or must show financial.  Other reasons may be lay-off notice, more than one child with a disability, or other related issue.

*IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR ANY SCAMP SCHOLARSHIPS, YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OF A CURRENT 1040 TAX FORM OR OTHER TAX FORMS.  W2s WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF INCOME.

Elks Scholarship:  Camper must be 17 years of age or younger and come from a family in financial need.  Please download the form, fill it out, and mail it back to SCAMP.  You must pay the $25 registration fee and if approved, the scholarship will cover the remaining tuition.  You will be notified via email or phone if you have been approved.

School districts, MORC, CLS, Easter Seals, or any other outside agencies:  SCAMP will invoice the school/agency for tuition once proper registration is completed.  Applicant must provide a letter prior to June 1st from the agency that the camper’s tuition is covered.

At SCAMP we take our tuition payments seriously.  Each year unpaid tuition has a negative effect on the next year’s budget. This year SCAMP is enforcing tougher tuition collection policies in order to maintain the high quality of programming that our parents and community have come to expect from us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
