SCAMP provides a quality summer program for individuals with disabilities ages 3-26 in Metro Detroit. Therapeutic recreation is the core of our program where campers enjoy age and skill appropriate activities from a caring staff that look forward to working with your child/consumer.
Swimming in Walnut Lake, arts & crafts, music therapy, social skill development, and language activities are embedded into each day centered on a weekly academic theme. We strive to make each summer the best for our participants and endeavor to build partnerships with parents, teachers, community agencies, and other school personnel to help each individual have the most successful summer at SCAMP.
