1. How do I reach somebody at SCAMP?
Before SCAMP starts:
SCAMP's office is located in the Bloomfield Hills Recreation Department at the Doyle Center which is located between 14 and 15 mile on Wing Lake Road. Please call during regular business hours for general information or registration assistance at (248) 433-0885.
SCAMP's Coordinator, Emily Price, is a teacher during the school year and is not available by phone during the normal school day. Emily handles all specific billing, enrollment, program, or employment questions. Feel free to email her at [email protected]. Due to the high volume of emails that are received during the spring and summer, response time is typically 2-3 days.
During SCAMP:
Once SCAMP begins you will be notified of the school phone numbers prior to the start of SCAMP and you will talk to your child’s building Supervisor directly.
General questions can be answered by the recreation office at (248)433-0885 or the SCAMP voicemail at (248)341-6185
2. What should a camper bring to SCAMP?
Campers should bring their lunch, a small snack, water/water bottle, swimsuit, towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, and wear athletic shoes. The classroom teacher may request other items based on camper/classroom needs (diapers, wipes, etc.).
