Free and Reduced Lunch
Parents, does your child currently receive free or reduced lunch at school?
If your child is receiving and qualifies for free or reduced lunch, your camper can receive a meal each day at SCAMP. If your camper is over 18, they may qualify for assistance if they have not qualified before. Please fill out the attached form and send it back to SCAMP. We need to have your child's home school district along with their user identification code.
When the form is completed, mail it to SCAMP at 7273 Wing Lake Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301. It is really just that simple!
